We hope you love your Rose of Sharon Jewellery. If you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning an item, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photographs so we can assist you.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
