We happily accept returns of eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the amount paid for the item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Sale items and gift cards are considered final sale for change-of-mind purchases. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

At this time, Rose of Sharon does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your eligible piece in accordance with our Returns Policy and placing a new order for your preferred item.
